Meanwhile, based on legitimate interest, the hotel group will process the Guest's personal data in order to send marketing messages about the tourism products and services provided by the Data Controller, all with a view to providing better customer service.

However, the Guest may at any time object to this processing without this impacting or restricting the performance of the main contract.

The Data Controller undertakes to apply all technical and organisational measures required to guarantee the security of the data, ensuring compliance with the duty of professional secrecy, as well as the obligations applicable under current regulations.

The duty of professional secrecy will continue indefinitely even when the contractual relationship has ended.

The hotel group processes guest information to manage the contractual relationship according to the terms and conditions established in contracts, pursuant to Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR.

The Guest is hereby informed that the personal data provided at the time of booking will be retained for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, until the expiration of the time limit of the actions which may arise from the fulfilment of the contract, and will be encrypted when it is no longer relevant for the fulfilment of said purpose.

Likewise, when erasure derives from the exercise of the right to object provided for in Article 21.2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the Data Controller may retain the personal details of the data subject if it is necessary in order to prevent future processing for direct marketing purposes.

The Guest is also hereby informed that failure to provide the required information will make it impossible to sign the contract.
